My ID check is expaired what should i do? portfolio is currently disabled and My items are not available for sale Now. What Can I do for this situation…

Now I verified my id check process but my item which was hide for id check process is not visible yet… what should I do now?
Envato confirm me my id check was successful but my item in themeforest is not visible yet… And in themeforest in my profile it’s showing your profile is temporary disabled… why? Is it take some time to open it?
@webency If you do not complete the ID check, your portfolio will be deactivated. Now that you have contacted Envato and successfully completed the verification, your items will be restored and made available for sale again. Please note that it may take some time for your account or items to reappear. Try logging in through a different browser to check if the issue is related to cache. If your items are still not visible after 24 hours, consider reaching out to Envato support at the provided URL.
Hi @webency. It looks like your portfolio has been re-enabled by the Support team, in response to your ticket.
Once completing an ID check, if your portfolio was deactivated, you will need to contact support to let them know. Portfolios are not automatically restored, so the support team will manually do this once the check has been completed.
