I hope everyone will be doing well. I have uploaded my HTML Template for approval. Once I receive email that Preview images have issue, so i changed images file.
Then same day i received email that unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.
Can anyone please help and guide me in this matter?
If there were issues in the images and basic submission the reviewer probably did not go as far as to review the item fully.

As per Themeforest instructions, I have uploaded template with placeholders instead of images.
The first reviewer ( probably new one ) though it’s good one but the second one ( who has experience ) decided to reject the item. Probably this is the case of yours. You can request support from Envato support as it went from soft to hard.
