My HTML Template is rejected i need your help

i submit my first HTML template and my template i s rejected. Here is email from Envato :

Check Premium Templates Before Making Templates For Themeforest.

Bad scroll, bad typography, bad colors, need spacing, etc you need practice more for approved. regards.
