PLEASE HELP ME

For any repair and rework task the quality standards matter a lot. There are a number of reasons for HTML theme rejections, the quality standard is one of them. If the quality of the theme doesn’t meet the design requirements then there may a chance of rejection to your HTML theme which falls under quality standards. In every field, the quality standards matters.

Thanks for the answer. Yes i understand that quality matters in every industry theme. But this is what I got as a reply from Themeforest people. And in particular they didnt mentioned what is faulty in quality of template. Is it design wise, is it code wise or some other standards. If they would have given me accurate answer it would have been great help in making another theme.

They asked me to contact fellow authors on themeforest forum and that is the reason I posted this question to know what could be exact reason of rejection.

Thanks

  • Validation issues stop the site being checked properly which is an immediate hard rejeciton.

  • Design feels a bit outdated and certain spects really don;t work e.g. that “open since 1990” box

  • Careful about not having features for the sake of it e.g. whay use envato logos for a car fixing site? Why have testimonials at all let alone from a “designer” for this niche etc.

It’s not a bad start and there are some quite nice features but I think it needs refining to get up to the standard.

I guess main reason was W3C standards not proper.

Regarding envato logos and testimonials, i checked many templates before placing them and there were lots of live themes on themeforest itself with this things.

Anyways thanks for your time and giving suggestions

I really appreciate . and yes it was a good start  but got failed. :frowning: …but never mind . we learned from our first mistakes and next theme is on the way
