My reset password in Envato will not work in ThemeForest.net, yet I am reassured that it will wok for both.

You need to login to Envato first. Then you can login ThemeForest automatically.
According to Envato Terms,
When you become a member you get an Envato Market account that is accessible from any of our Envato Market sites (and is also your Envato account for other Envato services).
I have done this repeatedly. I have rebooted my laptop, changed my password which Envato says is accepted. When I then link to ThemeForest.net, it says I am logged in.
HOWEVER, WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD THE FREE THINGS, IT ASKS ME TO LOGIN AGAIN WHEREUPON IT REFUSES THE PASSWORD IT JUST ACCEPTED!
How can I get to a PERSON who can help me get my free files BEFORE they expire?

May be you confuse author account and buyer account?
