My earnings got rejected By Payoneer

Hello,

I recently received a payment from Envato to Payoneer, however, it was rejected because they are requesting a different ID.

I contacted Payoneer, and they told me to contact Envato and cancel the payment.

Can Envato cancel this payment and refund the money so I can use another payment method next month?

I did, however, you know it gonna take a lot of time to get a respond from them. do you have any ideas if this is possible? I mean to get the money back to my Envato account as they didn’t being loaded?
