My downloads in my Envato accounts are not showing in my wordpress envato market plugin.

Please check them in downloads section of your envato account.

what is the ‘item id’? that i need to add an item
BTW all the purchases have been checked for update notification. Is that what you mean by ‘check them in the downloads section’?

If you click any item from your download page, it will take you the item page. In the URL you will find an integer number at the end of the URL. That integer number is the Item id.

In your download page for each item you will see a checkbox for:
Get notified by email if this item is updated

If you checked then you will be notified for any update release.
