My downloaded files still have the 'audio jungle' ident on them.

Hi - I’ve been an Envato member for four years and have never had any problems with downloads - but my tracks I bought today still have the ‘audio jungle’ identification on them… is there a fix - or can someone from Envato help pls?

I think you should contact the author of this music and ask him to remove the watermark from the tracks in the archive.
Most likely, this is some kind of error.

Thanks LastSynth, appreciate that, have just done it … but I’ve tried with no luck to download a clean version - AND paid for it twice!

If author doesnt answer, please open Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
