Hi I purchased wpestate a bit more than a year ago and now I cannot see the link to download the latest version. I’m having issues and need to upgrade.
According to the terms, I’m entitled to download all the latest versions. I’ve been trying to find support to direct the email but everything seems to direct to the forum. Can someone help me?
Presumably this is a purchase from themeforest and not envato elements?
Assuming they is the case the. Unfortunately the access to lifetime updates etc is only as long as the theme is available for sale on the marketplace
Envato doesn’t own the items so once an author chooses to remove it then unfortunately there will not be further access
