my business card design rejected and i dont know why to improve it

The section with the white bg is ok, but I don’t like the black ribbon part. Arching the text is a bad idea, it looks kinda cheesy and dated I think. Plus that black ribbon doesn’t fit well with the bar of colours at the bottom, it just doesn’t sit well in the design. I would try reworking that part.

These banners doesnt look good and the bottom part doesnt go with the over all design.
