It’s made in illustrator CC.
There is so many business card templates out there and those are all the same to me.
Your design it’s ok but too similar to other templates. Try different and unique design.

Hm. Too similar!! ok.
To avoid similarity, i did some shape bottom of business card. But looks still similar!
