In business card category they need something new and unique compared to the existing items on the market, Your design looks too simple. If your target is business card market, sit down, scratch your head and come-up with something unique. My self i tried to submit 15+ business cards but none of them got approved.
Don’t give up easily, keep trying and improve your design.

Also text needs to be readable. Like the mail and phone num, that can read like 5% of the people when printed I’d say
