My Balance not Updated

In Statetement it is stated that the amount is transfered to balance, but Balance is not updated.

Hi,

Envato’ll be paying all earnings for Envato Market and Elements as normal (on 15th and 16th, if weekend then on Monday).

You should see the earnings total appear in your Account Balance (on author.envato.com/profile) around 8th of each month , so you’ll know how much is going to be sent on payout day.

So in Statement i see the line “Payout”-“Transfer to balance” at 01 Aug 2024. I must see the money in “Sign In | Envato Account”. But for me it’s not.

That’s what happens to me. I see “Payout”-“Transfer to balance” but not updated in the balance
