I have a very bad Experience here guys, i discovered that envato element selling my envato market library without my consent, I didn’t ask Them to sell my content on Their platform and I think that I have the right to sue in the US courts.
and i am already in negotiation with lawyer about this stupid and dirty action from them.
and for any one make sure that your content is only on envatomarket incase of you don’t agree to sell on element because of their amazing prices.

Could it be someone else selling similar items at the Elements?
Can you please share one or few items from the elements to see what’s going on? Could suggest something else.
Contact support for the details but most likely you “subscribed” to be an Elements author. I don’t think they’d create an account automatically without your permission.
On top, you’d be probably getting paid extra for those months, didn’t you notice why you were getting paid extra?
Secondly, you’d be still getting paid for another 2 months.
