My AE template was rejected - can you suggest why?

Hi colleagues. My AE template was hard rejected.
The template includes 38 image placeholders, has a modular structure - no plugins, for CS 5.5 (or later) + universal expressions. Users can create any needed montage - by using all modules or few of them for necessary duration of the final video.

What happends? What wrong with the template? and how to meet quality requirements? Thanks.

Dark and cheap looking background and lens flare effects…
Way too little time for viewing the photo… (
And i think if you were using a frame for this photos it would look better,
Add some caption to the photos maybe …

everything what video_prod said + camera animation is very janky, you should work on that, too.
