My account was locked after a purchase

Hi, i bought this and after the payment and email confirmation i tried to enter to downloads but when i tried to sign in the error: Sorry, it looks like you’re currently locked out of your account. Please contact Help Team for more details. appears.
I already submit a ticket but im worried, is there any solution?
