trying here because support won’t get back to me.
just a couple months ago, i purchased a Wordpress theme through Themeforest. i got a license and downloaded the theme and everything went normally.
i tried logging back into the account today and i’m getting the runaround. it lets me log in, but when i go to the Downloads page it says my account is locked. i never got any notification warning me about it and can’t see why it would be locked.
i AM able to login to what seems to be the same account through Envato Elements, but it shows the Downloads page in that account to be empty.
what’s going on? i have lost access to the theme i just purchased.
No one here could help you to solve the problem as you would need to wait “support” respond.

yes i’ve seen the countless other complaints on here about the same issue. is something happening to Envato? are they going out of business? new ownership?
it’s just not acceptable that i made a purchase through the platform (for my client) and now i have to stop work and wait because i can’t access the product i purchased.
how many others here are losing money because of this?
Locked account is related to something else but the support is slow for sometime because most of the Envato staff has been let go after Shutter Stock bought Envato , yes, new ownership.
