When did you open the ticket? As I know, you have to wait for 2 - 3 days to get the answer
Did you try to upload the rejected items many times, because uploading the rejected item without significant changes will cause your account to be suspended, I don’t think you will get a proper answer here, the only one could help you with this situation the support team.
