My account is locked out

I need to buy a themeforest template to get started as soon as possible.

The problem is that once I created my user and selected the template, and just finished making the payment, I get the following message: “Sorry, it looks like you’re currently locked out of your account”.

I have tried to open a new account and the same error still appears. I have sent two requests and I have not received a response from the technical service yet.
Anyone who has encountered the same problem can tell me how to fix it?

I have already done all the steps that are indicated in the post and the problem has not been solved.

I got a answer by the support team. They have passed my ticket to another department and that they will try to fix it as soon as possible.

I am trying to look for the template in another market. From my point of view, It hasn´t sense to wait almost 20 hours for buying a template. This is the worst shopping experience of my life.

I’ve tried up with a guest user and it also locked out. Really this sounds like a joke …
