My account is locked and I can't get the payment back

My account was locked and the payment was taken from my card. I can’t activate my account and I can’t get the payment back. I request a refund of the payment.

I created 2 separate support requests but still no response. Why is my account locked? I am going to buy a new product, but I cannot because I am afraid that I will experience a similar situation.

They lock accounts as a security measure as explained in this article. There are instructions as well that explain what information they need to be able to resolve that quickly. Support team will reply as soon as they get to your ticket in their ticket queue and opening multiple tickets won’t expedite their reply. They prioritize these tickets. I can understand you would like this resolved immediately, but they need to check everything before they reply.
