@KingDog or @BenLeong guys without any warning whatsoever we woke up today to our account being locked. What has happened? Can you give us any explanation or help resolve that?
If it’s new account, probably due to security issue. The payment method you’re using may be blacklisted or you’re trying to access the site with blocked-IP address.

I am from Liberia and I am using my bank card
I have my first account since 2018 but I can’t remember the password but I just login in with my Google account and it work without password but the question is will this account be unlocked and I want to complete my purchases on my card please
My account also locked @shaileshbasu without any reason I have purchased item but I’m not able to download showing my account is locked. I have also created ticket but not unlock please help to solve
Accounts get locked sometimes as security measure. Please contact support using this form and select ‘My Account’ and then ‘My account is locked’. Those tickets are prioritized and support team will get back to you quickly.

They mentioned as reason clause 55 and you can read about it in Envato Market Terms. If they say they won’t be able to offer you Envato services further, then that’s final.

We may block you, terminate any of your Envato accounts or refuse to process a payment, including withholding your account balance indefinitely, if we reasonably believe there is a risk associated with you, your Envato account, or that payment, including if it breaches a law or regulation. You also warrant that you will not purchase items on Envato Market using funds sourced from a sanctioned country. We may take any of the actions stated in this section without notice and against all of your Envato accounts you use on other Envato sites. I didn’t do any of the following, this was the same stuff Dundle (link removed) told me about refunding my account until now I have not received my money back, why much this even happen in the first place because I am from Liberia and all those law is something I am not associated with.

I have replied somewhere on one your posts, that stated that the refund may take up to 10-14 days depending on your bank.
Again, I have informed you that you need to solve the problem with Envato support by creating ticket. Creating multiple threads on the forum with the same subject is not gonna help you.

None of moderators here can influence Envato team decisions nor we have ability to rush refunds. You can contact support team regarding remaining item refund and they will respond as soon as they get to your ticket.
