My Account is lock but i don't know any reson

I’m buy the envato market product in (StoreGo SaaS - Online Store Builder) ‘Purchase Date: 2023-06-01 07:48:11 UTC’ this day but envato team is few minit ago my account is locked then i can’t to accses to my download page or any pages in my anvato account

then i’m tell my reson in envato team it tell me 'Thank you for your recent email to Envato, we appreciate you reaching out to us.

Unfortunately like all companies, we have a number of internal policies in place which, for business reasons, we do not divulge. After reviewing your application for service, we are unfortunately unable to re-enable your account.

Let us know if we can help with anything else.’ this

so what can i do …

in the end , i have no my money not even the purchased iteam even after lockdown ,there is no respond to calls . so i kindly request you to give me a solution to this.

I would imagine that any payment would be returned, but unfortunately only support can help with this so you will have to go back to their email. (reply to their email to maintain the thread).

Account locked I got the same it’s been a few days good luck with yours, I was taking to another customer he said he received a message saying that the account is locked forever and trades no refunds, praying for you

It looks like you’re currently locked out of your account. You’ll need to contact our support team to unlock it. why is my account locked? at least let me access the license for a project im working on at the moment I understand locking accounts but at least let us have access to our products, I already opened a ticket number 3224010
