My account got disabled

My items have been removed from store and my account has been disabled but I can still purchase stuff. I contacted the support but nothing. Has anyone clue why is that?

As far I can guess you didn’t complete Author ID check and your item got unlisted for sale. When you will complete the Author ID check your item will be listed again for sale. Your account is not disabled but portfolio disabled because of the above reason. As your account is active you can purchase item(s).
