My 3 accounts were blocked I came in contact with the pack and the guy still answered me that my 3 accounts would be deleted

complete nonsense the guy blocked my 3 accounts for which I had made requests for reimbursement which the ENVATO staff agreed
I spent over $1000 on these 3 accounts now the 3 are blocked and excluded help me please this guy is crazy
Unfortunatey if it was envato themselves who chose to close the account then it would be support you have to deal with as no one in forums will be able to see the account details or info.
