I just had a script I uploaded hard rejected, and was wondering if you could give me some feedback.
Here is the product description:
Muzzle Flash Generator allows you to create endless amounts of unique muzzle flashes in seconds. It allows you to create 6 different types of flashes, and put them into a new or existing composition. You can add anywhere from 1-15 muzzle flashes, add smoke, and add a custom glow. This script uses algorithms to ensure that every time you generate a flash, it will be unique and beautiful.
Looks good to me. Anything in the rejection email that might give you a clue?
The only details provided were: “isn’t at the quality standard needed to continue forward with the review process on VideoHive.” And that it is too far off of their standards
I could understand if it was another extruded 3D logo sting or an epic slideshow… but it’s not like it has any competition. It’s a pretty unique item so maybe I’m missing something. Unfortunately I’m no reviewer though, so there’s not much I can do. Maybe you could drop a quick line to support… not sure it will do any good, but you might be able to get somebody to take a look and give a second opinion.
Here is the perfect example how the review process on videohive works - it depends purely on the mood of the reviewer, who has basically no knowledge or skills to even judge video related things.
You script should have been accepted without any doubts.
Thanks for the help. I submitted the problem to support, but in return I just got another email that said it was rejected and that they cannot provide any details Although I worked long and hard on this and thought people would want a tool like it, I won’t let it get me down. I’ll keep trying!
