Need a refund for this theme its not coded right at all and no compatible with my version of WordPress, my server isn’t and the plugins themselves are classing with each other.

If the item is not marked with compatibility with your WordPress version, you need to downgrade the WordPress to be able to install the theme. I don’t think you’d be able to get the refund but you could try.
It still doesn’t work, I’ve ben doing for over 15 years and it ain’t that complicated honestly
It seems the demo site not working and I cannot access the demo due to virus. You should contact Envato support for the refund. You will probably get one.
