Regarding new authors: I already wrote this in the poll that is now flashing in the dashboard. I think that new authors are like fresh air for the market and they can fill the market with new ideas. Suppose that 2 tracks were approvals and the third was not, then this is 66% of approvals and the new author will have to sit without, because upload limit 70%. I think this is not correct for new authors! Moreover, they simply will not be in a month or two!
