My track was not accepted because it does not follow the standards, how can I improve?

Imho, it needs in smoothing the kick drum and the piano, add a bit of development and recheck the timing (some notes out of time).

I would say that the track generally just needs more stuff going on. Some extra percussive elements and putting the theme or the song more upfront in the mix would help. There should be more movement and variation.
