I have an account, but the customer does not have, how do I actually buy for him legally, so he can upload the music to YouTube or Instagram legally.

When you make the purchase, you will get a licence certificate .pdf file.
When you deliver the video to the client, send them the pdf certificate along with it. The licence will be in your name, but that’s okay. Your client will still be able to use it to clear content id claims which may arise. The certificate has a unique ‘Item Purchase Code’ which can be used to confirm that a legitimate license has been purchased for the item.
