Moving product license to a different account

Hi

I purchased a BeTheme license for a client in 2019, the client has their own envato account now and needs to use the license to contact the developers. They can’t because it’s in my account. How do I move the license over to their account?

You can’t - the best option is to use the envato plugin to automate updates etc. but you will not be able to transfer access to the actual license or manual downloads etc

Thanks, but how do they contact the developer, because now if they use the product key it says they can’t submit a ticket because it’s linked to another user.

They could try using item comments but unfortunately, items can only ever be associated with the purchasing account so they will not be able to access features like the support that requires account registration, manual downloads of files, etc.
