move wp bakery registration from staging site to production site / finding back license

Hello, We purchased WP Bakery, and registered it to the development site (in Wordpress) on our staging server. Now the website is ready and we moved everything to the ‘real’ domain name. When we try to install updates, WP Bakery now tells that it can’t update because it’s registered to the staging server.
How do we move the license from the new domain name?
Extra problem: because of the covid-crisis a lot of employees left our team, and we don’t find with which account WP Bakery was installed. We’ve been searching on Envato as well as on the WP Bakery site. Anyone has any idea?
