This is my first time using Adobe After Effects and motion graphics templates. I was trying out a couple of the t-shirt mockups. Everything works from what I can tell but I’m seeing this X on the shirt which appears to possibly the axis on which it spins, not sure. After doing some research, I thought it was due to the graphics cards on my mac but then I was able to try it on another mac that has the required graphics card. Would appreciate any help on why this is happening.
Assuming the Mac is not upgradable, there’s not much thing to offer, if it’s graphic card related.
As the issue is not from the template but the hardware, you’d need to find a solution on your own.
I’m not sure it’s graphic card related. That’s what I’m trying to understand. I tried it on another Mac that has the required graphic card and was getting the same issue.

Can you tell me what may be causing the X on the shirt? Any template that I open, this is showing up even before I add any design.
Looks like the image is missing or replaced by that image.
