Hi all, I have purchased MooPress Medical Plus theme from Envato last week. Seems the authors have disappeard or no longer support this theme. Several supplied plugins not working. Need urgent help. Any ideas???

Did they support the theme when you purchased it? Did you check this at the time?
It’s not a great rated item and there’s little response in the comments - if they have only just cancelled support then you may be due a refund, however, if they have claimed not to support the theme since prior to purchase then technically there is no obligation for them to help unfortunately
I think they hae ran away and I’m shocked to see why envato is still selling it if that can not be integrated with the latest version of WordPress?? Why seling outdated items?
