Hello guys! I create account on moneybookers. I add my card " Visa classic" I can’t verify my cart. help to me if you had problem like this please.
Why can’t You verify it? To verify Your card Moneybookers will withdraw small summ ($1-2.99 I think). And then You should write this sum in certain field. For all this You need to have a dollar card with some amount of money on it. And also some banks may block money transfers, so that may cause some problems.
