We have bought a theme for WP but the theme is totally buggy and support does not response for 3 days.
I dont’t want to use this template and want to get my money back! How can I do that?
p.s.: I am totally pissed of that there is no way to contact envato by mail!!!
You can use this link to ask for a refund, to be eligible for it there are some requirements that need to be met.
Have you contacted the author for support or Envato?
If that was Envato, you should contact the author for item support.

The author didn’t answer for 4 days. Meanwhile he answered. We shall see how it goes.
