Hi! Theme I bought doesnt work propertly (i think itis for cyrillic symbols):
and i wrote about this bug to creator on ticksy, but he cant repair it for a long time.
And my site cant work how must for a long time and losing clients.
How can i get money back?

Hey there. You can request a refund using the Refund Form. If the item is indeed broken or malfunctioning the author must provide you with a refund, if not, he can reject that claim and you can bring it up in a dispute with Envato when and if your receive a rejection email!

Hey there. There must be an error with the refund page. Could you please open a support ticket on Envato and notify them of what happened, including the fact that after you submitted the ticket you got the message that there are no refundable purchases.
