Mobile phone menu on home page for oshine template

I have oshine template which is beautiful and all but I am having some trouble with menu on the front page for mobile phones, when pressing the three lines to open the menu it automatically touches the home page padding and instead of opening the menu it refreshes the home page. I just can’t find where to sort this out. Can someone help me please.

If you can provide the link to your site and also press f12 to view if there’s any javascript error on the console. Page refresh usually will cause the page to refresh abnormally. Best to consult with the theme provider if there’s any errors detected.
