Mobile menu appears erroneously on Google Chrome and Firefox

Hello,

My website (http://spectortraining.org) appears strangely in Google Chrome and Firefox. In those two browsers, the website looks as it would on a mobile device (even though the menu doesn’t actually work in that view). The website menu looks just as it should in Safari and Internet Explorer. I’ve looked at and modified the code which has brought me to no solid conclusion, and rather left me quite confused.

Do you know where the code needs editing?
