Mobile issue - Sailing theme

hello. It’s Lara from www.tenutalabaronessa.it. I’ve purchase Sailing for my hotel website. We’re improvinge our user experience for mobile and we found some issue to select some functions.

We would like to edit the layout of necessary icon (phone, mail and menù), but the theme not allow me to do it.

My dreams is to have this homepage. Just landed you have the big logo ,phone e mail logo and menù icon on same row. Later, slider revolution and other contents. When you scroll down, the logos should be reduced and be fixed with phone e mail logo and menù icon.

any idea to to this changes?
very sad at the moment.
