I got an email that my tax summary for 2018 is available but when I go to my forms, I only have 2016 and 2017. But I did have earnings in 2018. I also have not received anything in the mail. Anyone know who I contact to get my form?

please go to your Dashboard then Settings tab then go to Tax Summaries (from left sidebar menu). you will see Tax Year 2018 there.

That is what I did but I am only showing summaries for 2016 and 2017. I am missing 2018.
may be Envato are adding 2018 Tax Summaries serialize and your serial is upcoming. Please wait 1/2 days if not appear then please contact Author Support and let them know.
