Hey Guys, I have a problem. A customer bought a file from my portfolio, but still after months hasn´t received a code to use it. Here our dialog:

Hi! hope you are doing great! So, my website is about to launch on the next few days. Still havent received any info from audio jungle regarding the CODE. The one they sent with the purchase is not a valid code 2 link. I will appreciate your kind support. Hugssss, Customer
