Mint Theme-Load Layouts

I purchased this theme and imported demos. I want use the Freelance Split Layout in the Mint Theme.
Without the layout this is what we paid $50 for

I can not find this layout anywhere in WordPress Dashboard. Contacted Envato and Author No reply in 10 days.
Can anyone tell us how to find Freelance Split Layout in the Mint Theme???
