Minimum payout amount for payoneer

Hello. I have a question about minimum withdraw amount of payoneer !
Last month i got payment from my account though it was 21$. As the minimum withdraw amount was $20 last month. But this month my withdrawal was not processed as the minimum amount is $50. Why this happened ?
Was the minimum withdraw amount $20 last month through payoneer ?

I believe the minimum amount is still 50$ for withdraw but if you cannot get the money for instance, for 6 months or some time, it doesn’t matter how much money you have, they transfer the money. This could be your issue/answer

There is a minimum payout threshold of USD $50 that applies to your earnings, as per the author agreement.
