I am looking for a theme/template in either wordpress or html that will allow me to list items that need a minimum amount purchased before charging.
For example, I want to list car shuttles to different sporting events in which each shuttle needs a minimum number of passengers before it would be worth it to buy the shuttle. So I want to list shuttle A to B with 15 passengers minimum before the trip is approved. Each person would sign up, pay whatever the per person cost is, but they aren’t charged unless 15 people sign up. Then there needs to be a maximum so it doesn’t get overbooked.
