I need help with an issue in the Mikado’s Industrialist theme. None of the Portfolio lists will populate in the slider settings. This feature was working the last time it was used, earlier this year.
Also, I cannot find the “fa-phone” icon in the FontAwesome list anywhere in any of the settings, any more. I am using WP Bakery as my page builder.
I submitted a ticket to Qode Interactive and they sent me a a snipe hunt in their help center. Not helpful at all.
If anyone can offer any kind of support it would be greatly appreciated.

You mentioned the feature was working before, correct? Have you installed any new plugins recently? Are you using any caching plugins? Or have you made any changes to server settings, such as updating the PHP version?
Now that you mention it, it’s definitely a newer version of PHP. The scenario started when my client’s site was hacked after being privately hosted in a shared environment for the past year, on and older version of PHP. After the hacking incident, I moved my client’s site to a managed Wordpress environment with BlueHost.
Other than the issues I’ve mentioned, everything else seems to be in good order. I’m not a deep code person as my strengths are more on the marketing and design side so any technical advice is welcomed.
