I have a complete site and want to migrate just the content (courses, exams, events, exams, etc) to a new site in same hosting. There is any fast method?

If this is a static themeforest template and you are moving it from one domain name to another, then it should be easy enough to do a search and replace. Example search www.olddomain.com and replace it with www.domain.com.
Utlraedit is a great tool for doing this.
If it is Wordpress follow this tutorial here:
Depends on the main website and the target website, the process may be different even it’s WordPress.
( If the first theme using Visual Composer, target site may have Elementor / The first website may be HTML, target may be WordPress / etc. )
