Menu not showing on mobile (only in portrait)

I have a WordPress site with TheGem Theme installed.
On mobile, the menu (hamburger icon) doesn’t appear if the phone is portrait oriented. If I rotate the phone in landscape mode, menu button is at it’s place. How can I solve the problem?

This is an issue with the max width for your logo. It’s currently set at 400 pixels. Check your theme’s options to see if you can reduce it or have a different width on smaller devices.

For further help with your theme, check the documentation that came with it or contact the author at the theme’s support area.
