Menu Bar issue

Hello,
My website is currently running theme

Cubic ThemeVersion: 1.0
By [Ocean Theme Team]

however the menu bar is not working. I have deactivated every plug in then one by one activated them to see if that worked. I redid the menu and saved the changes that also did not work. Is there anything else I could do to fix this issue?
