"Memory" Theme Not Supported

I don’t know how to give feedback to Envato, but it would appear that the author Theme-Studio is no longer supporting this theme. I recently went to update some plugins and the theme apparently is no longer compatible with something, so I had to pay $50 to get my site restored from backup. There doesn’t seem to be any remedy from the author.

You can’t sell a site that doesn’t work, so I suggest you pull it.

We’re currently trying to reach out to Theme-Studio to get a response. It’s unusual that they’ve gone silent.

If they are no longer in a position to meet their support obligations, we’ll be listing the item as “un-supported”.
