May I use the music tracks I downloaded from this site in my rhythm game?

My project is a rhythm game (like “Guitar Hero” or “DJMax”) running on mobile platforms (iOS + Android). I just find some very cool music tracks on this site which are suitable for my game. I’m wondering if the license cover the usage of music tracks in a rhythm game.
